1: Evra took offence to a tackle which Suarez described as a "normal tackle"
2: Evra drew first blood by insulting Suarez sister.
3: Evra told Suarez he was South American, Suarez told Evra he was Black. Neither statement is false.
4: Evra threathened Suarez with violence.
5: Suarez touched Evras arm. Suarez claims tis was to show him he was not untouchable, Evra claims Suarez was highlighting the colour of skin on his arm.
6: Kuyt stepped in to shut them both up after Evra shoved Suarez. Evra later got booked for shoving Kuyt. The FA discounted Kuyts evidence.
7: The referee has a word and feels he has dealt with the situation.
8: After the game Evra grossly exagerates events with his claim of "ten times", even though the complaint made in the referees room cited "five times". It seems this exageration is explained away as a French cultural thing, while Suarez Uruguayan culture defence is not believed.
9: The referees report was compiled from "4 or 5 bullet points" taken from the fourth officials notes, which he then threw away. This will be seen as destroying of evidence in a criminal court.
10: Evra was described as being a more "impressive" witness than Suarez, as he answered clearly in English. This determination in itself is enough to get this laughed out of court. They cant put more credence on Evras evidence just because he speaks better English.
